"Excellent hotel great food"

"Beautiful hotel. Location is great. Everything was very close by and within walking distance. The only thing we had a hard time with, was the fact that the bed is located up stairs. We had to climb down in the middle of the night to go to the restroom downstairs."

"Excelente experiencia. La propiedad estaba muy limpia, todo bien cuidado y el personal fue súper atento y amable en todo momento. Nos hospedamos en una suite con balcón y, a pesar de eso, no se escuchaba ningún ruido, lo que hizo la estancia muy cómoda y tranquila. Definitivamente la recomiendo, 10/10."

"This is a fine hotel, but you can do much better for your money in San Cristobal. The rooms are carpeted (strange for this part of the world), and this contributes to a general stuffy/musty feeling. I was first given a room with a window that only opened into the inner courtyard, meaning I couldn’t have fresh air and privacy. After some difficulty, I managed to move to a 2nd floor room, which was better — but this place is located across the street from a bar with loud karaoke. Staff were...
