There is no staff to greet you, so if anything went wrong, I dunno what I would do. We did have a little problem punching in the code (we had to do it faster), which was irritating. Zurich is very pricey, and this place is very affordable. Its an efficiency, bare bones apartment (with no a/c), which suited us just fine. Beds were comfortable and it was in a quiet residential area another positive.

Good stay ..! Excellent option now that hotels in Zurich from one year to today are 50/100 % more expensive. Located in quiet & safe area . Close to the tram . Cleanness!

The apartment had a bed and a usable kitchen which was nice. Unfortunately, the room came with an ornamental fan -as in, the fan existed but did not work and so was more of a compliment to the aesthetic. During the heat it was not good; we emailed reception who informed us they would get the cleaners to drop off a fan the following day, unfortunately this didn't eventuate.

Great location. It’s lovely to be able to cook a meal when you’ve been travelling for 5 weeks & the apartment allowed us to do this, also the laundry downstairs was clean & accessible.

Arrived July 8 - no remote for the ceiling fan. Sent an email at 4:45 pm - no response. Called maintenance hotline at 8:17 pm - were told there was a portable fan in the unit, I informed them there was not. They said the earliest they could get us a fan was the next morning. Sent another email at 12:21 pm on July 9th asking when it would be brought by. We left at 1:45 pm - still no fan. 90 degrees both these days. No screen on the windows so the only way to get any air circulation was to open the windows and be exposed to the loud noises and the outside having full view of you and your room. We were on the bottom unit and you can hear every step taken above you. It sounds like springs and boards with each step. No face towels, no outlet in the bathroom, so you have to plug in by the closet. Only one side of the bed has an outlet, so I got to plug all of my stuff in by the kitchen sink. Killed multiple bugs during the stay (ants, spiders, etc.) The decor of our Studio Senior Apartment was not like the depicted pictures, so maybe one of the other units looks like that. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

struttura ben tenuta. si tratta di un residence, per cui ci sono solo le dotazioni di base (piatti, bicchieri, pentole, ferro da stiro). trasporti non troppo vicini, zona movida e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. un suggerimento: la tenda della doccia (un plus) dovrebbe essere un po' più lunga per non allagare il pavimento ogni volta!

Nós achamos a localização boa, em um bairro tranquilo, e também achamos seguro. O apartamento estava limpo e equipado. A senhora que cuidava da limpeza e administração no horário comercial era educada e prestativa e apesar de não haver serviço de quarto ela limpou e organizou sem que pedíssemos e isso foi bem legal. A parte ruim foi o fato da TV não ser Smart e não conseguimos acessar nenhum entretenimento nela.

No air conditioning, so it was a stuffy in the room. We tried to leave the windows open, but bugs were getting in and neighbors were playing loud music. Otherwise, great location with lots of restaurants and bars within short walking distance. Also near tram line and only 15 min walk to bus and train station. Instructions from property manager were a little unclear regarding unit, but we figured it out. Nicely appointed unit

The size was good, and it was well supplied and clean. Having a key code made going and coming easy. It was just a little further from the main train station than i realized. And the lighting for ladies doing hair and makeup is not good.

Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Sehr sauber und mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet. Es wäre gut, unter die Stühle Filzgleiter zu kleben, denn jetzt hört man alles Stühlerücken aus den anderen Wohnungen.
