Angler Point Lake House Cottage

Welcome to our NEW 2BR/2bath Rustic,Super nice Cabin, situated right on the water, where you can enjoy breathtaking views & take pleasure in fishing & R&R! This charming abode offers all the Amen of home. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen & Bath, & a Lg back deck to relax on with a pedestal charcoal grill. You'll be pleasantly surprised by how spacious this cabin is once you step inside. With comfy sleeping ARR. for up to 4 people, its perfect for 2 couples/small family/or a few fishermen.
Angler Point will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
Angler Point is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
By your confirmation, guests booking Angler Point are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
There is a Max Limit of 5 people in this unit, this includes kids. Thanks!

Christmas gift

For CHRISTMAS we gave my FIL a trip to Toledo Bend with my husband (his son) and his grandsons. The home was spotless! Accommodations were great! Perfect location for meeting up with their fishing charter. They loved it! Will book again!

Clean and Cozy

This property was just what i was looking for very clean and host was very nice. I loved the view had plenty of room for me and my friend to park our trucks and boat. Just an overall great place to stay when visiting the great toledo bend. Recommend this property and will be back!

We were in town for a family reunion at North Toledo Bend State Park. We preferred a more private and convient cottage rather than staying in the group lodge at the park as we were celebrating our recent engagement and my retirement from teaching school, We enjoyed a nice four day weekend and this property was absolutely perfect while still being close to the park! Short, Relaxing Trip

We brought two of our Grandchildren (16,17) on a fishing trip with Matt at LTD! Angler Point was perfect for us! It was so clean and comfortable at a great location. The beds are so comfortable! Everything we needed was there! My husband caught large bream off the dock which was an added bonus! We look forward to staying at Anglers Point again!

Relaxing time

Anglers Point is very nice, just as advertised and the host are helpful in every way when there is a question to ask. Excellent cabin to rent. Check in was easy, it’s quiet, has a nice deck on the back to catch the sunset and a small pier to fish from. Very Relaxing, thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Clean, Fun, and Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay so much! The property was clean and had everything we could need. We enjoyed some fishing off the pier, watched the sunset from the back porch, and roasted s’mores by the fire. It was a very relaxing weekend. We would definitely rent again.

Wedding Trip

This was a clean, super nice VRBO that was fully stocked with anything a person could possibly need or want. It is right on the water with a great deck overlooking the lake. There are even two Adirondack chairs on the dock where we sat for a bit. It has a split floor plan which is a plus with a bath on each side. We are very picky, and it well suited us. The Baums

Amazing Stay!

The property was beautiful and just as described. The property owner thought of everything, down to sunglasses and lake items and even toothbrushes and deodorant in the bathroom. Just pack your bag and buy a few groceries and you are all set to spend a relaxing weekend at the lake. I promise you won’t regret it. I would absolutely stay at this property again and 10/10 recommend it to family and friendss!

Amazing Cabin

Everything was perfect. We were blown away by how beautiful this place is. It was extremely well stock with all sorts of extras. The cabin is very spacious and well taken care of.

Immaculate VRBO!!!

This property is immaculate and can’t recommend it enough! Everything from the cleanliness of the cabin, the small details and amenities, and great view of Toledo Bend, make this property top notch! My family and I are from Zwolle, but currently live in the Houston, TX area. We had some friends from Houston come along for an event, and we decided to book this cabin. We are so glad that we did! We will certainly be back soon!

Thanksgiving stay

The cottage was perfect for 4 adults! Each couple had privacy. It was very clean which was very important! The view of the lake was beautiful. We all needed a restful and peaceful time away and were able to get it! Thank you so much! I didn't see you note about the trash til after we left. I hope it wasn't a problem. perfectly built home for a lake get away.

Booked this for our anniversary. Me my wife and daughter stayed. Brand new home. Very convenient location. Boats ramps close. San Miguel state park is close. Toledo town is 15 min. Drive. Nice quiet neighborhood. The cove it sits in is good for fishing plus easy access to the main boat roads. The owners are great people with awesome hospitality. 5/5 stay definitely recommend and plan to come back ourselves.

Birthday/Anniversary Get-away

Awesome property! Lovely two bedroom home, very spacious and beautifully decorated. My husband enjoyed early mornings and late afternoon fishing and Fellowship with Skipper ( I think that was one of his favorite times). I enjoyed the quiet meditation and reading time with an amazing view of the lake from the balcony. This was one of our best getaway yet. The owners (Skipper & Denise) were a blessing to spend time with. Looking foward to next time. ❤️

A Little Piece Of Heaven On Earth

The property was just as the pictures showed it to be. We planned for 5 in our family but only four of us were able to come. It was cozy and comfortable. A peaceful spot on the lake was just what we needed. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We hope to come again in the fall...maybe sooner. I definitely recommend!
