Wash promised a pool view; I got a view of the parking garage. I was all the way at the end of the hall on the second floor. Only one door in and out of the resort on the tower.

I had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby (from 2 AM to 4 AM) on the day I arrived to get a room. The front desk told us their system was updating! The next day, we ran out of hot water in the shower!

The walls are very thin and you can clearly hear conversations in neighboring rooms. There was a long wait for the elevators. When the air turns on in the room it has a musty odor.
