"The property is pretty run down. there were some sort of animal or insect droppings in the bathroom on the counter. And at the end of the season, the restaurant was out of most menu items, including fruit. Mango trees all around and no fruit to be had. I paid $17 for scrambled eggs. Disappointing."

"The villa we stayed at was very nice, bog and clean. Ground floor, right across the pool and steps from the beach and the Yatchman’s Grill restaurant. The outside grounds are well taken care off. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Our villa had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The AC worked well. We had a table and 6 chairs right outside our villa. Had utensils, plates, pans, glasses. Nice size refrigerator, microwave and oven. Toaster, coffee maker. Nice size closets and dressers in each bedroom. Ceiling fans. We loved it. Food at the restaurant is excellent and good service. Not too many restaurants near to walk to, you need transportation. Taking taxis, gets pricey. Beautiful beach with plenty of lounges and umbrellas. Port to ho and get the water taxis to go to St Kitts is about 5/10 mns. away, driving distance. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton Villas. "

"Very beautiful property highly recommend getting one of the suites since the building there is newer.. holy complaint is that the water never got really hot enough more like a lukewarm showers instead of hot. Very conveniently located there's everything literally right outside and it's very close to the beach and one of the main attractions in St Kitts called the strip"

This is not a hotel, staff friendly but Noo

I mean mattress need to be hard but this was unbelievable. Then the bathroom door in glass, oh Lord couldn't sleep with the major light coming in ahhhh. Then I told the security I'm leaving at 7am, he said you need to wait for someone to check the room before you go. Really! Well too bad if you are not by my door at 6;50am, so I left the key with the security guard. This place is not a hotel at all, it was apartments for rent and they are doing it all supposedly. But, if you rent a unit for hotel, then you need to have; hangers, blowers, iron, extra soap, paper towels and extra towels if no cleaning applies. Then also, provide a towel specifically for the floor***** "

"We had a wonderful stay at Marriott’s Beach Club in St. Kitts! The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing, and the people truly make the experience even better. The front desk and concierge staff were incredibly respectful, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The villas are spacious, well-maintained, and come with a fully stocked kitchen—perfect for a comfortable and convenient getaway. The beach is clean and well cared for, with staff regularly removing seaweed to keep it pristine. The swimming pools are also spotless and a great place to unwind. One of the highlights was the on-site ice cream bar and pizza shack—the pizza was absolutely delicious! Overall, it’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of St. Kitts. Highly recommend!"
