We are a family of four, with kids age 5 and just-turned-3 last month. We picked this resort (and Jamaica generally) because (a) kids club starts at 3, and (b) bunk beds in a family suite. And this resort absolutely delivered, in every way.
Kids club: 10 of 10, highly recommended. Our kids attend daycare/preschool, so they fell right into the routine and had an absolute blast. The staff were incredibly attentive and seemed to generally care about our kids: Janiel, Aria, ShannaKay, Shanique, Shania, and Davia - if I missed anyone, I am sorry - they were all fantastic. The kids club program starts each morning with an orientation and some free play, then structured activities, then the splash pad - and then they take the kids to lunch, then afternoon activities. Pick up is at 5pm, and then they have an evening program for dinner and a movie/show/etc. My youngest is barely-mostly-kinda potty trained and just turned 3 (plus being on vacation throws everything off), and they were fine with wipes and pullups.
Resort was spotlessly clean, drinks were good. Restaurants were great, had kid friendly menus, no significant wait. Food was within expectations for this price point. Pools were great. SO MUCH seating, no real problem getting a shaded lounger, and lots of shaded options.
Check-in was smooth, from drop-off to room in about 20 minutes. NO timeshare or membership pitches!
