"I am not one to leave a review but this place was nothing short of amazing. I went for my birthday and they treated me so well. Maria was kind and so was Kiara. I am thankful for them accommodating me. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I loved having Starbucks downstairs. Overall the pool was spa was superb. I would stay here again if I had to."

"So, where to start. So check in, went smooth. A lot of extra charges. Like they say you get a 17.50 credit for the bar or food. Well what they don’t tell you is u must use it for the credit. As well as the 5 dollars a day at their convenient store. The room was not very clean other people hair around bathroom sink. Baseboards corners build up. It just looked like a fast clean up before they re used the room. The chairs on the balcony very uncomfortable you will have a checkered back and butt print after sitting outside to enjoy the views which is part of the experience. Floors are always slippery. $25.00 a day for parking!!!!! That was more expensive than the car rental. Not to mention 24.99 per person for breakfast! No coffee unless you pay. Nothing Continental The pool area was nice. There was no hot tub! "

"The breakfast was small. The bananas snd berries was three small slices od a banana and one strawberry cut in 3 pieces. The bathroom shower curtain was not long enough and every shower the bathroom floor got flooded, which made it slippery. "

"Absolutely will not be back to this property, as a frequent Hilton Rewards member this experience has been the worst. Our room at no hot water for 24hrs with the engineer saying just let it run. The next day I requested a new room, which was accommodated yet the room was dirty and housekeeping refused to clean it as she stated “she already cleaned it” but offered the cleaning towels and spray for us to clean ourselves. Shower light was broken and key pad battery died leaving us to wait yet again for someone to come and fix something. This property offered back the resort fee as a refund as this stay was over 1400.00 for our stay. Not even willing to give up a full night refund, the stay was not welcoming and very rude. We will not be back to the property which is sad because it really set the tone for Puerto Rico for us and I did not enjoy. "

"Abitta Condado was an absolute dream. It's a beautiful boutique hotel. The breakfast was recommended by the staff as well as other locations nearby. But the food, oh my goodness, you get so much. We had the chicken and waffles. That was the most incredible chicken waffle ever. Big, nice, juicy chicken breast? The waffles were topped with eggs and bacon and like a cheesecake type, Buttered syrup dressing. It was heaven and also the pancakes, the stack of pancakes. Absolutely perfect. Ordered fruit punch and use this weird refreshing, drink with watermelon and it was awesome"
