"The entire resort, including my room, was frigid, very cold. The temp in my room would not go above 74 degrees."

"The fridge, coffee maker and closet are in the bathroom with the toilet & shower…not exactly convenient if you’re not alone. The bathroom door has gaps so very little privacy. The room lock malfunctions so you need the room key to lock the door. There’s only 1 elevator working. The partial ocean view is 10% - the roof and buildings are the remaining 90%! There’s no restaurant in the hotel so the “breakfast” pictured is for the hotel across the street. The only thing this hotel has is a muffin and coffee bar. The big 5-Star is their staff! They’re friendly and so accommodating! They’re thorough with cleaning, service and extremely knowledgeable about the area."

"The property had a beautiful location and a relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The surroundings were peaceful, and it was a wonderful place to unwind. Overall, a pleasant experience and we would happily stay again."

"The staff were very friendly and property well-maintained. The rooms were a bit outdated in the Bietsch tower, and the bed was not comfortable. But overall, I would return."

"Staff were kind. We arrived early and were able to check luggage. Very basic, not many amenities (bath towels, soap). Hotel is near freeways, a bit of road noise. This hotel worked out well for the price. They provided a shuttle to take us to the cruise port which was an added bonus. Walkable to T-mobile district; a few blocks walk to Casita Miramar and other restaurants."
