"Front desk agent weren’t friendly or inviting. Our room was above the Main Street and we had 3 night of no sleep because we could hear motorcycles, cars, people, trucks, you name it. Gym was unequipped. The levent restaurant was the only thing we enjoyed. The staff was incredible there. "

"The staff, services and facilities are top notch! Beautiful building! Nicely put on continental breakfast, well kept grounds and rooms, and super friendly and helpful staff. Every day we were there was great and I would highly recommend it!"

"Rooms could use a good deep clean, carpet Included. The carpet turned my white socks brown. They need carpet cleansr to come thru. No robes or slippers, or any thing extra for that matter, in the rooms. Bartenders and servers were great. Not sure I'd return. "

"Room was clean, but there were no outlets near the bed, some outlets didn't work. There were holes in the ironing board. The bathtub was clogged when I first tried to use it and it took two days to get it fixed. "

Pool was great, warm, perfect for kids not too deep. Pool across the street was more of a party/alcohol vibe. Beach across the street was amazingly clean and perfect for kids, included chairs and umbrella. "

"Overall, we had a good time. However, our first day and check-in experience was disappointing due to an interaction with Jesus at the front desk. The day before our trip, we called to request an early check-in since our flight was arriving at 1 PM. The gentleman we spoke with said it should not be an issue. When we arrived, a young lady informed us that our room was not ready yet, but that she would text us as soon as it was available. At 4 PM, the stated check-in time, we went back to the desk to ask about our room. Jesus told us, “We texted you.” I explained that I had not received any text, and he responded, “Oh well, we texted.” My husband then asked if he felt that was the right way to handle the situation, especially since we had been told the day before that early check-in should be possible and were also asked earlier that day to give it another hour. I wanted to share this because when traveling, you hope to enjoy your trip from the very first moment. Unfortunately, this interaction took away from that experience. It was especially disappointing because this trip was our honeymoon."
