"The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The only issue is they only provide towels. No face towels or hand towels. Also, they have hard mattresses. "

"Great hotel to stay at if you arrive the day before a cruise. Free wifi worked well. Water pressure wasn’t great nor was it very hot. Cleanliness of rooms was fine but AC was loud, although we were so tired we slept fine. Staff were very nice and helpful for directions and fun things to see."

"Pretty basic hotel with lots of “snags” during our stay. We booked 3 but the room was set up for 2. Struggled to get extra pillows and asked 4 times for towels. The safety deposit box was another story and took the best part of 2 hours to resolve. The room was close to a service area and was quite noisy at night. One of the beds was also in need of attention as the springs made a racket. Staff were nice, the location was ok and in fairness the stay turned out ok before we connected to our cruise."
