We booked this hotel for the last night of our visit to the island and loved it. All of the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Rooms modern, spacious and well appointed. Very clean. Late checkout till 5pm was very useful (for a fee). Pool area nice and food in the pool bar tasty if very slightly expensive. Nice massage too. Thanks !

We arrived 1 hour prior to check-in and the team graciously checked us. They explained the Blue ferry and assisted us with obtaining tickets online. The drinks especially the vanilla pina colada were delicious.

Comfortable rooms with nice pool

The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeepers were really good. The lobby was welcoming. But the koi fish in the trench in the lobby did not have any space to move, which upset me every time I walked by them. The pool area was very nice with a relaxed vibe and was never crowded. We liked the location near the shops, marina, beach and ferry. The food in the restaurant was not good at all though they made it look nice on the plate.

We liked our stay at La Pagerie a lot. It’s an easy walk from the ferry, and in a busy lively area. The staff spoke good English, and check in was easy. Our room had good air conditioning and a big comfy bed. The balcony and coffee making area was also a nice addition. The grounds were well maintained - look for the pet tortoise’s little pen! The pool was really nice too and the bar staff were friendly and made some great drinks. The only downside is that parking can be hard to come by in the area so you may need to drive around for a bit if you have a rental car. Overall we would recommend La Pagerie to anyone staying in Martinique!

Loved the location, staff, comfort of room, nice quality linens and bedding. My room, 418 needs renovations. I understand there are other rooms that are in much better condition. If I were to come back, I'd ask for a renovated room. Special kudos: the breakfast staff, especially the manager are outstanding. Loic at the front desk is wonderful:)

Modern hotel in Trois Ilets

This is a comfortable hotel, located across the street from the Creole Village, with its shops and restaurants. My room was spacious and modern. Service was excellent. I enjoyed my meals in the hotel's restaurant. I did have one problem with my room. When I wanted to go to bed, I could not turn off the lights! When the technician could not fix the problem, I was moved to another room.

Great location & restaurant. Service lacking.

Resort is very nice with a great location and the center pool is a highlight. Service, while very friendly is very slow. We had to wait 45mins past check-in time to get into our room (3pm check-in) and there were multiple instances where we would be waiting for a bartender or waiter to attend to us. We were on island time, not rushing, but there was an instance where I was the only person at the bar and the bartender let me wait 20 mins so he could finish a conversation with a colleague. Evening restaurant service though was excellent!
