"Newly constructed rooms, clean, and well equipped. The town of Civitavecchia is nice and within walking distance. Very helpful staff that drove us to the nearby cruise port. A very pleasant experience."

"I am not a B&B traveler but this was really a great experience. Note this is not a hotel or a separate building, it is two apartments in a multi-use building, making it a tad bit difficult to find. With all this said, none of it matters as this is a FANTASTIC property and Georgiana, the host , is unbelievable. The location is perfect to explore the town and for cruise ship connections. Georgiana is super helpful and the morning breakfast is worth the stay alone. I will not ruin the surprise(s)...

"The set up was a bit odd and the add was quite misleading. The quad suite has one queen and two singles (one of them a cot) all in one big room and a small table and chairs. I was a bit surprised when shown our bathroom and it was in a public corridor along with 2 others. However, The unit was clean, the beds were comfy enough and its close to the port. They arranged rides for us too! Nice friendly host. "
