The management team, led by Deep Singh, has painstakingly brought this heritage site back to its prior glory.
Service was attentive. The property is brand new and the team is working hard to optimize the guest experience.
The gym is sufficient. We did not use the spa services. The pool is picturesque.
We enjoyed a chef orchestrated meal at the restaurant which was well done.
The hotel bar/lounge is a fun and swanky space.

"The hotel was extremely unclean and dirty. When I arrived to the hotel there was a gross black liquid substance all over the bathroom floor and toilet and used feminine hygiene pads laying next to the toilet on the floor. I also found a huge cockroach climbing on top of my suitcase, and there were ant/termite colonies on the walls of the room. "It was a good overnight stay 1. nice and safe car parking which is important for me 2. rooms are clean 3. excellent breakfast 4. good wifi, could get work done.
The hotel is bang on the highway; the Google Maps incorrectly shows that you should take a left ( coming from Amritsar to Delhi) around 1 km before the property and travel on a side road. But you can directly turn left at the property from the highway. "
"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - everything, right from the condition of the rooms to the service of the staff was downright disgusting. The suite was infested with big flies - not just one or two but so many that we could not even kill all of them and after many hassles and phone calls were moved to another smaller room which was also as bad as the suite.
We could not sleep the entire night and our experience was a horrifying one. The hotel staff did not even feel apologetic and the manager did not...
