While I did not utilize the pool, the room was clean and comfortable. The mountain and trees were beautiful. Everything was perfect to me.

The staff was super helpful about picking us up last minute. Amazing attention to detail. Rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. The grounds were beautiful and it was an amazing space to spend time in San Ignacio. Close to many points of interest.

Terrys place is an amazing place to stay in San Ignacio. We were a family of 7 and had plenty of space for everyone. The pool was great. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook light meals. Extra snacks were a treat. It’s right up the hill from a couple restaurants and a grocery ...

There are four cabins on the property. It’s a beautiful location and quiet, but still close to San Ignacio. Julia and Tony are super hosts, very welcoming and knowledgeable.

The Resort had everything we needed so we didn’t really get to visit much of San Ignacio, though we did a great chocolate making class there.
Great affordable base for the solo traveler!!
Rio on Pools & Big Rock Falls are beautiful.
Close to Xunantunich, which is the second largest man made structure in Belize. 360 views of Belize & Guatemala.
There are a couple of one-way bridges in and out of San Ignacio. Look for the small turn off signs to get to San Ignacio (its across the river from Santa Elena, which is one the main highway).
