"This is a beautifully designed unit in a perfect location -- very close to all that Midtown and downtown has to offer. It did not prove to a peaceful respite, however, as the walls are paper thin and the neighbors in the adjacent unit were extremely noisy throughout -- running laundry (which is just outside the bedroom) at 1:00 AM; doing full construction work at 8:00 AM (same morning); talking loudly on the porch just outside the living window, etc. Giving 4 stars because the unit is so nice --...
