"Beautiful b & b and so secluded. Crabtree Falls room so atmospheric with log burning stove. Comfortable bed and big room. Bathroom needs updating but all clean. Tasty, simple breakfast. Brenda prepared us a charcuterie board which was very tasty. Honesty bar. Games abound. Outdoor terrace. A beautiful secluded stop off. Would stay again. "

"We enjoyed the cozy cabin with all the bearphanalia. The only problem we had was with the lockbox, it took forever to get in That was scary as we did not know how to get in touch with the owner. The river behind the cabin was so beautiful, would have been great to play in if the weather was warm"

"Our family greatly appreciated our stay at this comfortable and welcoming cabin! Its location was conveniently located between two colleges that our family was visiting and gave us a chance to explore a small part of the Blue Ridge Parkway with its beautiful fall scenery. "Amazing rooms - great bedroom for young ladies on our trip and a good sized master with a king bed. Very clean and had all we needed to cook on the grill, huddle around the fire pit, soak in the hot tub, and lounge in the living room. Very long curvy slow drive on route 56 but gets you away from everyone and everything. Little road noise but that was the only items that didn't make this place completely peaceful. We'll be back again for a VMI weekend! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy cabin and can’t wait to come back! From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming and full of personality. One of our favorite spots was the sweet little bench by the kitchen window perfect for sipping coffee from the beautiful brown pottery cups while taking in the airy, light-filled kitchen. The thoughtful drink selection was such a nice touch too.The living space was inviting, with a comfy couch and soft pillows that made us feel instantly at home. We also really enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi, which was such a treat. Although we didn’t get the chance to use the sauna, it looked spotless, safe, and well maintained.The host deserves a special mention not only was she incredibly thoughtful and attentive, but she was also so gracious even while navigating her own personal challenges. It truly made the stay feel cared for.Getting to the cabin was much easier than it first looked on the map, and while there wasn’t much cell reception, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly and kept us connected.This place felt like a little hidden gem, and we’re already talking about when we’ll be back. Highly recommend!"
