"Place was a perfect location and such a nice place to stay for the price! We were staying in a tiny hotel room the nights before for what it cost to essentially have a whole house to yourself. Only downside was having to move car every two hours between 10 AM and 10 PM. But it gave us a break from work!"

"Hi, the apartment was really nice - well appointed, pretty. We just had a really hard time finding it and checking in. We were checking in at night, which makes it harder, but it appeared to be a commercial area, not a residential area, which was confusing. And the signage on the ground floor read "Chase Bank", so we thought we were in the wrong place. It would have also been helpful to know the name of the property, so once we located an entrance, we would have known for sure we were at...

"This property is in a fantastic location for exploring West Sacramento and Old Sac! We were here for an A’s baseball game and were able to walk to the stadium. With reserved parking it made everything easier. Nice apartment perfect for two if us with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Eat in kitchen, no living room. Oh and! In the mornings we enjoyed Treehouse Cafe around the block. We will definitely be back next time we are in West Sac!"

"The check-in process and check-out was smooth and well communicated. The apartment was as described in the pictures and listing. The kitchen facilities well fit my needs for my two month stay for clinical rotations. However, there was an issue with the dishwasher not working that ended up taking half of my stay to get fixed. There was no compensation or apology for this mishap. Otherwise the facility well suited my needs and location was convenient for what I needed. "

"The location was perfect. There was only hot water, off and on, in the first week, but this was resolved and had it consistently in the 2nd week. We felt safe as there was a coded gate to the premises as well as the front door. You can definitely tell there are multiple people living above this rental, but it was quieter at night. There were a few other bumps, but overall, I liked this rental."

"My husband and I had a great stay. The shower was a liiiittttle dirty BUT everything thing else was Absolutely great!!"
