"As always the property was great. The view is phenomenal. The location is great. Walking distance to the lake, landmarks, parks, museums, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. Staff is top notch. It is probably time for them to start considering remodeling/upgrading though."

"I have gone by this hotel for over thirty years and always wanted to stay here. Our room had a magnificent view of the lake and everything from the Ferris wheel at Navy Pier to the Field Museum. The room did not have good climate control. We did have to have the windows open. Thankfully, the weather was mild outside, which made things ultimately very comfortable."

"Breakfast buffet is really good! It had a variety of foods. The rooms where clean and comfortable. The lobby always smelled amazing and the staff was very attentive. I love they have bag drop off service if you arrive early before check-in time. We took advantage of this and was able to explore the city…very convenient location too! "

"I have stayed there couple of times. But this time we were assigned to a very small and dark room. It was not properly cleaned. The drainage in the bathroom was very bad. It got clogged."
