Owner never answered any phone calls, whats up messages or the messages we send him/her on the VRBO booking page. We walked for hours with our bags to try find the apartment, asked for help all around in the area, battled communicating in language we don't speak. I was in constant discussion with VRBO virtual support agent and two more calls for which I don't have reference. The VRBO agent...
