Beautiful rooms with direct sea views and the Calanques in the distance. Breakfast offered a good variety and solid quality. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the location excellent. Indoor parking (€28/day) is a safe option. Great location on the Corniche, making it easy to reach the Vieux-Port in about 10 minutes by car.

Beautiful hotel, stellar view, kind and helpful staff. We were concerned by noise from the room upstairs on the first night. Security calmed the hub bub of unsupervised adolescents within minutes. Guest services manager, Benjamin, went out of his way to ensure the rest of our vacation was perfection. It was. We will return as soon as we can!

A very good hotel away from the centre but within a short taxi ride. Very good facilities and restaurant. Given it’s design, the corridors are very dark but this is one of its many attractions.

Loved how the hotel was tucked into the hillside and walkable to the beach area. Pool was perfect. Room was clean and as described on-line, we had a balcony perfect for breakfast and listening to the crashing waves. Would definitely recommend to future visitors to the Marseille area.

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite. We didn't speak French, but there was always someone there to communicate with us in English. The buffet breakfast was amazing with many options. Dinner at the restaurant was also delicious with their unique dishes. The decor of the resort was unique and clean. The beds were comfortable and the views of the Mediterranean were stunning even with the rainy/cloudy weather we had during our stay.

Lovely and fun vacation!

This hotel combines fun and elegance. The staff are friendly, the rooms large and comfortable, the bar and restaurant great. The beaches are a short walk and, in season, the pool is a treat. Do note the hot tubs are part of the spa service and an extra fee. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Decent but have stayed at much better 4 star hotels before. Staff were friendly. Facilities were a mix of decent vs not pleasant. Not much love or soul.

We had a two night stay at the nhow Marseille hotel, and enjoyed the location and the gorgeous hotel. The room was a great size, well decorated and clean - we were located on the ground floor level next to the terrace, pool and spa. The man who helped with our luggage was really friendly, as was the receptionist who checked us in. The hotel is well located near to the La Plage and the new end of town by the Hippodrome, which is a 15 minute walk and offers lots of choice for bars and restaurants. It’s a great spot to watch the sunset too. It’s around 45 minutes to walk into Marseille - we’d recommend taking the sea route and enjoying the scenic views, monuments and attractions along the way. We returned to the city by bus for the evening which was convenient and only cost EURO 1.70, and runs late into the evening so it’s really easy to get back to the hotel. The pool at the hotel is lovely, as was the spa - although we didn’t get a chance to use this. Now for some of the issues - I want this review to be impartial and provide constructive feedback to the hotel, which was also provided in person during our stay. Firstly, the parking is charged at EURO 25 per 24 hour period, which is a significant added expense when there is no alternative locally. There is a EURO 100 deposit charge PER NIGHT, which again seems excessive, but you have no choice other than to pay this. The restaurant and bar in the hotel is very expensive (breakfast is EURO 30 per person!) [no characters left]

Luckily, I travelled a lot in my life and stayed in many many hotels all around the world. And I have to tell that the NHow hotel in Marseille is in the top 3 of the hotels I visited. This hotel is a gem. A decoration that is just incredible. And the location, in front of the sea, is just wonderful. I really enjoyed this place a lot.
