"We enjoyed our stay. It was very walkable and close to a lot of things including Broadway shows. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is it could use some updates. The couch is in rough shape and have multiple stains, the outlets were loose and the plugs kept falling out. Communication with the host was excellent, we had a concern when we got there and they were able to send someone over right away. "

"Excellent location, property was nice and clean. Apartment looks exactly as it did in the photos, nice clean beds and plenty of linen and towels. Host was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Great location, beautiful view, clean and comfortable rooms. Leo was a great host, very responsive. Highly recommend!"

"Clean apartment in a convenient location, close to the subway and walking distance from lots of attractions. My only nits would be that the shower doesn't drain very well and the walls are a little thin but besides that everything was awesome!"

"Great place to stay. "

"Lovely property! Our group enjoyed having such a nice home base for our visit to NYC."

"We had a great stay! Building was in a nice neighborhood and easy to find. Hosts were helpful and replied quickly. Apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space. Building is older and had normal wear and tear for being an older building in the city."

"Excellent"

"The location, communication from the host, and check-in process were very good. The only issue which caused our group minor concern was the poor internet service."

"5 adults stayed for 6 days. Pros: Comfortable beds, even the temporary bed . Great location near major tourist locations. Great a/c Cons: It is a cozy 2 bedroom. It’s was snug. It served our needs. If we travel to New York again we would stay again."
