"The hotel has a very good location at the north end of the Times Square area. Close to subways, museums and theaters but not the crowded noisy Times Square itself. The roof top bar looked nice though we didn’t actually use it. It isn’t very big so you probably need to get there early. My wife found the bathroom and room lighting to be poor for applying make-up. The small refrigerator for guest use was great. In our room the heating didn’t work but we survived without it since if we just turned off the air the temp rose on its own the two degree increase we wanted. We told the housekeeper who said she would check on it but it never improved. We should have called it in. The lobby location on the 7th floor is a little quirky. You have to go thru the lobby to get to the elevators that take you to the ground floor entrance. We got used to it."
