Reservation making was easy. Car garage was a big factor for our choice - appreciated. Check in was easy - Brian was wonderful, put us on the 32nd fl in response to my request to be up high with a view! The room was perfect - comfy bed, GREAT view of bldgs (Husband and I live in Phoenix, AZ but I'm NYC born and raised. This was my first visit since attending a 9/11 FDNY funeral. My husband of 2 yrs is from Nebraska. The view and the hotel blew him away! Check out was easy. We ALWAYS have a great experience with Hilton.
