"The room was a good size, although I don't recommend upgrading to "city view" (it was a parking lot with buildings behind it). The shower (hot, complimentary soap, good water pressure) and toilet were spacious. The bed was clean and of good size with plenty of comfortable pillows. The room also had steam ironing (itworked great) and a hairdryer, but no fridge unfortunately. The hotel is in a great location with a bodega, rooftop bar, and plenty of food options next door. The The L Train to NYC is only 9 minutes away walking. The hotel also had luggage storage after I checked out so I could walk around Brooklyn bag-free.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They texted me each day and asked if I needed anything and how my stay was going. I had a couple of minor issues and they immediately responded and helped me out.
I didn’t have any breakfast or food at the attached restaurant so I won’t go into that. The attached bar was great, and the bartenders were very skilled and friendly.
Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again if I'm ever in Brooklyn again."
