"I had such an amazing experience staying at the Moxy Lower East Side. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, vibrant, and incredibly well maintained, but what truly made this stay exceptional was the customer service.
Every single interaction felt warm and genuine, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. I especially want to recognize Jordan, Jess, and Sydney, who were all absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. No matter the time of day, they were consistently kind, patient, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They always greeted us with positive energy and made every question or request feel important.
It’s rare these days to come across a team that creates such a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, but this hotel absolutely does. You can tell they truly care about the guest experience, and it made such a difference during our trip. Because of people like Jordan, Jess, and Sydney, this hotel stands out from so many others.
The location is fantastic, the rooms are stylish and comfortable, the vibe throughout the property is fun and energetic, and the overall experience exceeded expectations in every way.
