"Maybe I've just never stayed here before, but paying for parking and the hotel isn't downtown ... Is a little much. And a policy why you can't accommodate an extra cot when my son wanted to stay with us on the spot for the one night, when I was willing to pay for it, doesn't chime as hospitality ... Other than that it was a good and clean place to stay. And I do recommend this hotel, I just felt these 2 things could be improved upon. Thank you for a nice stay 😊"

"This property was close to subway #1 which made it easy to transfer from our hotel in the Times Square area. It was close to the Wall Street Hotel where we attended a family event. The 9/11 museum was a 6 minute walk away so we were able to squeeze in a visit. This Marriott’s elevators are confusing because half of the floors are served by one side elevators and the other half by the other side. They charge a $30 fee for no good reason because other than a gym they don’t seem to have any...
