Had an amazing stay at the Marriott Brooklyn Bridge. Lydia took amazing care of us! She went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional night especially after I thought I booked a bigger room then I had. We traveled 6 hours to bring our son to college and she quickly fixed my mistake and made the transition totally stress free for myself and my family. All the staff were friendly and had great customer service. Will book there again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge We had a great experience staying at the Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge. The staff was professional, friendly, and provided very good service throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was well maintained. I especially appreciated the hotel’s attention to security and safety. Staff verify guests entering the hotel by checking their room keys, which made us feel secure during our stay. Another big convenience is the parking garage located right next to the hotel. If you are renting or driving a car, the garage connects directly to the hotel, making it very easy to access the hotel without having to walk far with luggage. The location is also excellent, especially if you plan on visiting Manhattan. It is conveniently located for getting around Brooklyn and traveling into Manhattan, making it a great home base for exploring New York City. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The combination of friendly and professional staff, cleanliness, security, convenient parking, and a great location made this a very positive experience. We would definitely stay at this Marriott again on a future trip to New York.

The room was clean. The hotel was beautiful. It was welcoming the iron we had to get replaced because it was dripping. The pillows was very soft and small. But overall, it was a nice, a little too expensive for 2 days. But nice. The atmosphere right was nice. It was nice to walk around to lots of places to eat and shop. just chilling in the area was safe (police department very near).

The Marriott Brooklyn Bridge has some positives, but guests should be aware of the added costs. The hotel charges a $30 daily destination fee, yet only offers a $15 dining credit that must be used each day or it's lost. That benefit doesn't come close to matching the fee, and it feels more like an added charge than a perk. There is no complementary breakfast here and I forfeit my dining credit because I wasn’t aware. This can be explained when checking in but it was rushed due to a long line and one attendant. Parking costs $60 per night, though guests do receive in-and-out access. Be sure to tell the parking attendants you're staying at the hotel so they can attach parking privileges to your room key. The standout aspect of this hotel is the housekeeping staff. They did an excellent job every day of our stay and deserve recognition for their outstanding service.
