This hotel was close to the airport and that ends the list of positives. Costed me $60 to go 5 min in an airport taxi The girl at reception was not friendly and condescending. She and a co-worker were busy discussing personal stuff. The walls were beat up and damaged. The shower was weak. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel is very clean and rooms are very comfortable. Depesha at the front desk is amazing. So attentive and just a very nice woman. The hotel is lucky to have her. First impressions count and she left a very good one. Thank you very much Depesha!

We landed from our flight in LA at 12:30 AM. We were absolutely exhausted since we didn’t get to sleep on the plane. We had already booked and paid for a room with two queen size beds at this Hampton location. We called the hotel to check when the shuttle service will be there. We were told the shuttle service gets there every half hour on the hour. we waited for half hour and there was no shuttle service. We started to call the hotel again to speak with the receptionist. She tried to check us in over the phone but said that our room was already given away to someone else. She then started to blame us saying if we were arriving after midnight we should’ve called the hotel and told them otherwise they would give our room away. We didn’t understand that because we had already paid $204 for the room. Which is so overpriced, the only thing this hotel has going for it is the proximity to the airport. It’s tricky, however because you can’t walk to the airport, even though you can see it, monorail passes by your window, but has no stops. So you either take the shuttle or an Uber. The Uber will cost about $20. She tried to replace a room with one that has a one bed and said she’s get a rollaway bed. That was not what we paid for. She then said she would have refunded us the money, but can’t because it was booked on Expedia. So we had to file a grievance with Expedia. Then she said she will call around the other hotels to see if they have that type of room available. She hung up and
