Holiday Inn Newark International Airport by IHG
Left all decaf coffee pods and the coffee machine was not working properly. When I called and asked to send someone to fix it, noone came. They have a water filter in the gym which only gives cold water. And they charge 1$ for providing drinking hot water. Which I am ok with paying but it's the principle ...

This was one of my top accommodation stays for many reasons. First and foremost, the hostess was incredible with timeliness, friendliness, and helpfulness in communications.
