In addition the apartment door was plastered with violation notices. The external door key also was not functioning. I have asked for a refund. Terrible experience."

"The apartment itself had nice updated decor, a clean, efficient & spacious kitchen, nice bathroom and plenty of natural light w/ small outdoor private patio. Best part though was the location. Upper West Side and 1/2 block from Central Park, quiet treelined street, lowrise townhouses, and 1 block from subway. Check-in very easy. Owner/host communicates best using WhatsApp rather than VRBO messaging."
