Beautiful pool and garden area - towels were supplied. The breakfast cooked by Anuradha was delicious - fruit, toast, eggs, tea and coffee. Great value for a very luxurious stay! "I had high expectations of this place but was very disappointed!
They charged me extra $80 for no valid reason and the people at the front desk all gave different answers when I asked about the extra charge not knowing what was going on. I need a refund !
I was traveling with family kids and elderly they were inconsiderate of allergy and elderly needs and did not help us with warming our food so we had to go without dinner. The staff was so rude and unhelpful and objected the ladies going into the pool.
