"Too noisy and could hear all types of noise in the corridor from our room. Also, had issues to check in ( Bookings were already made online but our names did not appear in the hotel list and had to wait for long until sorted"

"My belongings were removed from the room and dumped on the floor in the hallway on my second day of stay, I was not aware of it. Discovered pile of my belongings trashed on the floor when I was back after my excursion at 23:30 on May 14 2024. Property failed to contact Expedia to confirm my payment, so they just decided to kick me out of the room. It was absolutely terrible experience."

"The property was clean and tidy but the rooms were really warm with not much ventilation. The heating was on a very high setting and some rooms had no windows to allow for proper air circulation. Management took a long time to respond to the messages and address the issue. From a location standpoint, property is well connected to public transport links and has a few cafes and restaurants around."
