"The service at the reception was incredible, rafael is amazing host. Unfortunately the room... filthy doesnt do justice.. As soon as we walk into the room we are hit by the humid like heavy smell, the dust on all areas on the room was very very visible (how can they miss that), the floor looked it has never seen a mop.... the worse of all The bathroom... mouldy walls, hairs on the walls, sink, shower and bidet... disgusting... The bed was a springs mattress and frame. Wife and i ended up...

If people fail to follow the check in instructions they are sent when they book then the owner can’t be held responsible for that. We pre-registered our details and I contacted the hotel by WhatsApp the day before. We were sent all the required information for self check in and other usual information.
