"Really enjoyed Estacion de Cartama. Nice little town near Malaga. The images reflect mostly the villa however the kitchen and living rooms seemed bigger on the website than in reality. An upgrade to the pots and pans would be a plus as we did a lot of cooking and it was limited. The shower head in the two bathroom would benefit from a good clean as not all the shower holes were functioning well. The check in and out was simple and easy. Not far from interesting local tourist spots, easy access south to Malaga etc. Mountain roads quickly get narrow and steep so northward routes can be time consuming. "A group of 4 of us stayed here for a climbing holiday. We were made very welcome and communication was ok as Luna used Google translation. She sold us her fresh free range eggs for breakfast which were very good. We didn't use the pool as it was too early in the season. The only downside was the track to approach was a bit rough but we managed with our Renault Clio. It is possible to walk to Restaurant Rocabella in 20 mins where we had a lovely meal and good value. We would definitely recommend...
