"Start with the staff: they are fabulous! Your stay begins with a tour of the property - which is located in 3 adjoining buildings. Staff assisted us with parking, which is tricky. You park in a gas station about 8 minutes by foot from the property. She rode with us and spoke to the gas station manager on our behalf. "This hotel is very lgbt friendly. I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too . Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person. Excellent breakfast every morning, friendly staff who respected my pronouns and great restaurants nearby . Multi cultural mix of people and a nice retro hotel . What’s not to like "

"Très bon hôtel ! Le personnel super gentil et à l'écoute de toute demande. Dommage qu'au niveau du petit déjeuné il n'y avait plus de choix très minime. La plage privée de l'hôtel correct le sable très fins. On se restaure très bien au niveau du restaurant l'extérieur, les chefs très sympathique. Nous avons du partir 1 jour avant suite à un changement de vol de dernière minute mais l'essentiel est qu'on a pu se ressourcer . bravo et merci "
