However when we arrived at night we walked into a hot room with no air-conditioning, no towels, no toiletries, no door in bathroom and no wifi. No lovely balcony as per photo advertised. Just a narrow space with horrible iron railings needing paint. Very noisy so difficult to sleep. We told next day of our concerns and we were moved to another room which had air-conditioning but none of the rest so i went back to reception where...

To start with, there is no aircon in the rooms, they give you an electric fan that is very noisy which makes impossible to leave it on throughout the night and it gets really hot.
