Hotel was nice, in a good area that was close to the beach and bus stop (public transport was excellent!). Rooms are a little small and the aircon was almost non existent but staff are very friendly and the food we had was nice. Kids club was great, all the staff there were good with the kids and my child had lots of fun

Good central location just a five minute walk to the beach. Bus stop right outside the hotel for airport drop off/pick up as well as direct link to Alcudia Old Town. Lots of food and drink options close to the hotel. Within walking distance of the marina for a night out. Nightly entertainment programme (we stayed the last weekend of September) as well as day time games around the pool.

We were very satisfied With our first visit at this Hotel. Everything was really Good, clean room, Good beds and pillows, breakfast really Good, had everything you could wish for. The poolarea was really nice, the bar at the pool was also very nice and serves Good snacks/lunch. Lots of staff both at breakfast and in the snackbar that made everything comfortable and with Good service. The entertainment in the eve, we were never there to watch it live, but it ends at 23-23.30 and was not disturbing at all.

Disappointing

This hotel is rated as 4* but would suggest it felt more like 2/3. We’d spent time looking at reviews and feel the actual experience was not comparable. To start with, the photos online are deceiving, hotel does seem quite dated in places, particularly the rooms which are very very small!! There’s very much surface level cleaning and our sheets were not changed the entire 5 night stay! Food was also way worse than was expecting from reviews, super basic and we suspect actually gave 1 of us food poisoning! There’s also a lot of literally turning your pockets inside out, charging for the use of the room safe and pool towels! Pro side, staff are lovely, accommodating and the entertainment was good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delfin Azul. The hotel is well located, near the bus stop, the beach and 15 walk to the shopping area. The staff of the hotel is excellent, everyone is kind and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend the half board because the food was exquisite, fresh and with a lot of choices. We never felt the need to go out for dinner. The pool is nice and clean and it was never too crowded. The animation program is nice and every evening there was a show or music to keep us entertained. We will definitely come back!

Pro’s: comfy bed, good food at breakfast and dinner, clean, secure bike garage, good location. Con’s: shower had slow drainage, poor double glazing so can hear everything outside on the streets, walls like cardboard so can hear everyone in corridor and sometimes neighbours. Good enough for a cheap few nights away. If you’re a light sleeper request for a room on a higher floor in attempt to reduce outside noise from the streets.

Good but not 4 star

Perfectly adequate hotel in a good position for the main beach and harbour. Nice pool area and plenty of sunbeds; guests weren't reserving beds and not using them. We booked a pool view and asked for a top floor room but were given one on the 5th floor. We didn't complain about it. Breakfast was pretty good. Plenty of choice for all tastes. The cooked food let it down a little. Some days there were English pork sausages but not every day, mostly bratwurst or chorizo sausages. Bacon was always undercooked, not crispy enough and the scrambled egg overcooked. The omelettes were a bit hit and miss, depending who was cooking them. Some strange items like battered broccoli which I didn't see anyone touch! Check out is not until 11am and there were facilities for storing luggage and also use of a shower which was welcome. I would not call this hotel a 4 star. I don't expect to have to pay 19 Euros to access the room safe or pay for pool towels.

Nice Hotel

Big hotel and was busy. Rooms a little on the small size but suited our needs. Breakfast room was large but also very busy and some items did run out but were replaced quite quickly. Could do with more tea/coffee machines.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. Right after arrival we had to change our first room due to mold. The new room seemed fine at first, until we later discovered a cockroach. The reception only provided us with a spray and we had to deal with it ourselves. After removing the insect, we inspected the room more carefully and found droppings and eggs behind the curtains, as well as another cockroach. Around 1:30 a.m. we were finally given a new room, as it was absolutely unacceptable for us to stay there any longer. The situation was extremely stressful and disgusting, and getting any rest was impossible. For a hotel claiming four stars, this is completely unacceptable. We cannot recommend this hotel.
