"From the moment we were welcomed by Yaima, to the gorgeous accommodation, to the beautifully and deliciously prepared meals, to the well maintained property, we felt comfortable, safe, and well cared for."

"We had 2 nights booked and checked out after one. Reception very run down. Dirty tables in reception area which we stained as if someone had spilt a drink on there, still the same the next day. Paint peeling of walls, dirty pillows and scruffy blankets. We paid for a superior apartment however no idea what was superior about it. Hotel needs closing down for a few months for an overall revamp and update "

That was very difficult as the Hotel was shut and the pool surround was being repainted and also there was no lifeguard for most of the week!! Also the Apartments did not have our booking!!!!
