"Very bad experience, hotel looks OK, but first due to a problem with their music system, and second due to a problem with a party of teenagers, with fire alarm included made impossible to sleep. The personnel was very kind but lack of knowledge to resolve problems. And final shot, I put a claim an no any answer from customer department. I don´t think i would repeat. "

The room was advertised on Expedia as having air conditioning and I have chosen this hotel because of it, I visited during a heat wave. In reality there was no air conditioning and I spent a sleepless night in a very hot room with plenty of mosquitoes. "

"I’m a runner and it was in a perfect spot to go for a run every morning. As well as dining options near by was very versatile. Nice bar where you can shoot pool was in walking distance as well."
"I had a lovely stay at Hotel Altus Poznań Old Town. The room was clean, spacious, and offered an amazing view. Breakfast was very nice and served in a beautiful setting.
