"Upon check in the receptionist could not find my reservation which was a worry at first, but after a bit of looking around the system all was sorted fairly quickly and all was good, she was very helpful and patient in keeping looking until she got to the bottom of the problem. Aside from that minor problem all was good, nice apartment and a good location, bit of a walk from the main railway station but there is a tram stop just a few minutes walk away. Good tram and bus service in the city and 24 hour ticket cost only 25 zloty. Poznan a very pleasant city to visit."

"The room was spacious, clean end OK, but the tv was very small, and I missed something on the walls, like a painting, a drawing or a picture. The reception is very small and personal, and works OK, but some of the staff hardly spoke or responded when spoken to... The breakfast is OK, and so is the bar. One of the best things about the hotel, is the location. Short distance to most of attractions downtown. All in all a nice stay."

"Check in was nice and easy and appreciated that I was allowed to check in at 11.00 when I arrived. The sleeping area in the room was nice although not too big. It was very warm in Poznan when I visited and the room felt stuffy even with the air con on so I didn’t sleep very well. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the balcony door open during the night while I slept. Bathroom was a good size but felt dated, as did the balcony. The shower gel ran out while I was there and clearly wasn’t refilled before I checked in. In room safe and fridge were a nice touch. Breakfast was just ok, it felt very chaotic and the food was more catered to Polish people which I understand due to being in Poland. I wouldn’t completely rule out staying here again in future if I returned to Poznan but feel like I would many try somewhere else. The hotel is in a good location and Poznan is a really nice, clean and safe city to visit for a night or two."
