"Great location in the heart of the city! Beautiful rooms! Good staff! Didn’t have breakfast there. Rooms had kitchen so it was great! The location has Sauna but didn’t use it. There was ongoing construction hence the view wasn’t great. I would strongly recommend anyone visiting Poznan! "

"I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. I chose this chain because I often stay at your property in Warsaw, where everything is always excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel in Poznan did not meet my expectations. I arrived late in the evening and expected the room to have all the basic amenities. Instead, there were no slippers, no bathrobe, and no coffee/tea facilities. I did not want to have to call and request items that should be standard in the room. When I asked for a kettle, it would have been logical to provide a cup and tea along with it, but that was also missing. The room felt like a hospital room rather than a hotel – it was a disabled-access room with nothing to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was also disappointing – it seemed like leftovers from the day before. "

"I would definitely stay again at Hotel Altus Poznań. The location was an easy walk from the train and then easy to walk or take trams all over. But location isn’t everything. The hotel was clean and comfortable and every room has a wall of windows (that open for fresh air). That helped make the room inviting. The staff was wonderful, every one kind and helpful. I ate one breakfast and one dinner and both were very good. "

"Room was clean and quiet and property in good location. A bit of a paperwork to fill in while checking in which was a bit unusual (usually this is something that hotels would fill in themselves). Overall good stay"

"This hotel was perfect for our stay in Poznan. Location was amazing. It was situated on a small square and within 2/3 minutes from the main square itself with lots of bars and restaurants around. Our room was only small but was perfectly adequate for a short stay. Everywhere was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. We had the breakfast. It was a typical continental breakfast buffet with meats, cheese, some hot items, cereal and pastries. Our only complaint was that the mattress on the bed could do with replacing. It was very soft and dipped into the middle. Overall we had a great stay and if were to go back to Poznan, I would definitely stay here again. "

"Great view from our room at the front of the hotel. Evening meals were plentyful and reasonable priced along with the bar prices. Lovely selection at breakfast. Hotel and room was spotlessly clean with great location for old town. Staff very polite and helpful when needed"
