"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "The building was beautiful and the room was nice and big. The view looking out is absolutely gorgeous. The view also in the back is amazing. Unfortunately, their breakfast did not match The view. Also, we thought the breakfast was complimentary and even then I wouldn't have eaten it, but I didn't realize we were getting charged even for the breakfast for how bad it was. Also there is not AC in all the rooms. Keep that in mind if it's a hot day that you go. Also the water is leaking out on the shower onto the carpet. Without there being AC it could cause some mildew buildup if they don't get on top of it. Even with those things we really enjoyed or stay."

Her customer service is truly outstanding, and she made me feel so welcome. The room was ready, and I was overwhelmed with joy with the beauty of my room, with a beautiful view of the lake. Hotel Belvedere has a lovely lido, where you can sunbathe n enjoy swimming in the lake. The pool and wellness center is gorgeous.
