"Please notice that the reception closes already at 4 pm, even though the reservation email said that check-in is from 3 pm to 12 pm. So in reality the check-in is possible at the reception from 3 pm to 4 pm. If you come later, make sure that you get a separate email with the instructions to pick up the key - for some reaso we didn't receive it, and it was quite a trouble to try to get in to our room at 6 pm, as the phone number provided on the reservation confirmation didn't pick up after 4...
