"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"Hemos estado prácticamente solo para dormir. La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación estaba súper caliente, incluso dejando la ventana abierta un ratito. Nos quedamos en una habitación doble con nuestro perro y ha estado muy bien, la única pega que le podría poner es que las paredes son bastante finas y entré habitación y habitación, incluso el baño, se escucha todo. Tivemos um problema com os 2 chuveiros..um sai muito pouca água.. impossível uma mulher lavar o cabelo..e o outro era bom..apesar do box ser muito pequeno..porém.. o problema maior era a torneira de água quente que soltava da parede deixando a água quente..sem estar misturada com a fria jorrar fortemente pelo cano atingindo a barriga da pessoa que estiver utilizando...podendo...
