"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...

"Most hotels provide guests with two soaps for a week long stays, one hand soap and one bath soap. I got one hand soap and one shampoo upon arrival. Later in the week, soap was entirely used up, but no replacement soap left by the maid. I was gone every morning, returning late at night. When I asked for more soap, I was basically told one was enough. I was shocked, and repeated specifically "one little soap for a week", answer was yes.
