Beautiful, quiet hotel with outstanding views, comfortable rooms, lovely gardens, great facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, food and views at Olivinia were lovely but the food at Il Rosmarina was (in our opinion) overpriced and fairly average. The village of Castelfalfi (a 5 min walk from the hotel) is stunning and the food and wine at the local cafe (La Taverna del Castello) are outstanding. We would definitely visit again!

Probably one of the nicest properties I’ve ever stayed at. GM Benjamin greeted us upon arrival and was so attentive throughout our stay. The grounds are stunningly beautiful. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is unmatched! Staff was amazing. Honestly, if I could give it 6 stars I would. And if you’re going to see Andrea Bocelli in Lajatico (which we did!), there’s no better property!

Not enough space to praise castelfalfi. Most amazing service i have ever experienced, and i have been everywhere from St Barts, to Aspen, to Sydney, Tokyo, Paris, etc. cannot wait to go back!!!

Our stay at Castelfalfi was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the property’s breathtaking beauty was immediately evident. The views of the rolling Tuscan hills from the Olivo Restaurant and the spa pools are absolutely unparalleled – it’s a scene straight out of a dream. I had the privilege of proposing to my girlfriend here, and it was truly magical. The setting was perfect, and the staff made it even more special. Benjamin, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. His hospitality made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place enough. We indulged in a wine tasting, which was an incredible experience. The tour of the facilities was informative, and we even had the opportunity to taste some of their finest wines in their beautiful underground cellar. Every glass was a testament to the quality and care they put into their production. Dinner at the property was equally impressive. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. It was a highlight of our trip. During our stay, we also had the chance to explore the charming town nearby, where we enjoyed coffee, gelato, and pizza while soaking in the stunning views. The spa experience was a major highlight. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the spa’s serene atmosphere was the perfect complement to the natural beauty surrounding us. The pool area was pristine, offering a peaceful oasis to unwind

Everything about this resort is 10 star. All employees provide a level of service that is far above other hotels. Food & wine selections are superb. The setting is gorgeous with breathtaking views. The rooms and hotel are beautifully decorated with guests' comfort prioritized. The Concierge staff helped us plan unique and fun activities that immersed us in the beauty of Tuscan countryside, people, culture and food. We enjoyed the golf course, met interesting people, did a lot of walking and took in the views while relaxing on the patio. We toured nearby towns, did wine & olive oil tasting with food pairing, toured an organic cheese farm, had lunch at a new vineyard. Many thanks to staff & management for providing such a top quality experience. This is an outstanding property.

Castelfalfi is a tucked away paradise in Tuscany. I was genuinely wowed from the moment I stepped in the lobby. Besides the beautiful views and the amazing rooms, one of the best parts was the service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, at home, and fully taken care of. The little details and surprises every day were amazing. Thank you Benjamin for upholding the perfection of hospitality! I would also like to call out the restaurant thats right in the hotel. Every dinner was spectacular. The specials each night were to die for!! I am normally not a big hotel breakfast girl but everything was amazing each morning and they remembered all of my preferences after day one. I recommend doing the wine tour early in your stay so you can try all of their wines made on property, pick your favs, and order them throughout your stay. Lastly the spa is beautiful and the massages are so professional and well done!
