"Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. If you can book this place in the morning for the evening, the resort must respond, otherwise...

"What a great surprise! Orbitz had to relocation us because the first hotel had a problem with our reservation. The hotel was right in the jungle with access to the beach a few feet away. Very clean and comfortable property without the craziness of Limon or Puerto Viejo in Costa Rica. Very Private and safe. Also, Julian and Javier (hotel staff) were very welcoming."

When we stole the waitress that we ordered lobster and got shrimp, she looked at our plates and said, "no, that is lobster." I said no it is not and so did my grandson. Then she came back and said they could correct only one plate. I said, "how is that reasonable? We ordered two lobster plates and got shrimp. Why wouldn't you correct both?"
