"The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "

I was staying at the house of friends for three weeks in verrens-arvey, a small village near Alvertville. I just drove up the hills real early and i had this nice view over albertville in the misty valley..
