"Fantastic location for a rural family to experience the city. The condo was clean and more room than expected. We enjoyed the roof top views of the city including the Calgary tower. The games room with the pool table was fun for my kids and I. We left our truck parked in the underground the whole time and walked for shopping and used the C train for our zoo trip which was very easy and convenient. Next time we will take better advantage of the C train. No noise from the neighbouring units. Only...

"Almost never leaves bad reviews out of respect for people's businesses but this is terrible experience. Arrived at 12mn. Even the condo concierge cannot locate the lockbox for self-check in so took me a while to get in. Nobody responds with their so called 24/7 customer service. Took 3 days for them to find out the wifi password of their own unit. They held my deposit, which is larger than my 4night stay, for more than 3 weeks, sat on it until I followed up.
