Even the condo concierge cannot locate the lockbox for self-check in so took me a while to get in. Nobody responds with their so called 24/7 customer service. Took 3 days for them to find out the wifi password of their own unit. They held my deposit, which is larger than my 4night stay, for more than 3 weeks, sat on it until I followed up. I wonder how long it takes or if they...
