"DO NO STAY HERE!! No towels at all in our room (bath, hand, or face—only a bath mat). Missing lamps only 3 pillows on a king bed, the toilet doesn’t flush, and the shower is dirty. The walls are not soundproof—the neighbour’s door has been opening every 30 seconds since 3am. There was only one sheet and a very small blanket. We asked for towels at 3am and still didn’t have them by 7am. The room phone had no information, so we had to Google to call the front desk. No one answered the first three calls. When someone finally did, they said towels would arrive in 30 minutes—they never came. When we realized towels were not arriving and were leaving there was a women in the stairwell using drugs. Earlier, around 3am, we followed a prostitute into the hotel."

"We stayed here recently as it is one of our favourite hotels in Calgary. The spacious rooms and bathroom are marvellous and designed for the convenience of the guest. There is also a lovely restaurant in the hotel. Our only complaint was that we could not turn the room temperature down to what we like at night (which is a cooler room) as the thermostat wouldn't go below a certain temperature. That said, we were able to open the window which made a difference. This hotel is centrally located and you can't get a more convenient shopping and dining location. Highly recommend. "

"There was a loud buzzing when we checked in the room. Called front desk immediately and they sent maintenance to check. Didn’t like that we had to wait around to see if problem would be resolved quickly and we were on a time budget at the time. Took almost half hour to resolve which is half hour that we could’ve used for our time"

"Shoddy at best. Skeezy area, pics on VRBO make it look like the apartment is fresh and clean... bathroom was renoed but god knows what is on wall by the shelf. Walls dirty, couch stained, burn holes in stools, sirens all night up and down the strip... oh and 2 towels for 2 people over 2 days, no cloths....when we arrived his parking stall was taken and he asked us to go find one to rent and he would reimburse us (he did). Delayed getting in by 30 min. Someone from VRBO needs to go there and check this place out... not impressed "
