"Rooms were fairly clean, but quite dated. We checked in, and shortly after asked to move rooms due the mattresses being extremely dated and worn. We asked to cancel a nights stay but the hotel staff wouldn’t budge and said e were passed cancellation policy. By 45minutes. Overall poor stay for the price of the nights stay. "

"This was a wonderful place for our family to stay while in the De Winton area. It was spacious, quiet, comfortable, with everything we needed. The description of this property is accurate and we were so pleased with being able to be in this space. Made our trip very enjoyable! "All of the above. I am sorry but I will never use your services again. Late check in. Had to rebook. Sidewalks all ice and driveway full of snow. The thermastat in the house was locked out at 17 degrees in minus 25 degrees outside. One pan and plastic cutlery. This host shouldn't be allowed to rent. Host completely unaware of their downfalls. VRBO personnel had no understanding of our situation and couldn’t give proper advice. Sorry I feel cheated after hours of explaining the situation on the phone. I have a good mind to alert the media. "We were very happy with our visit, the property was perfect for our family during a wedding and related events. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious (4 adults and 2 young children). The location was picturesque: just a short drive to all the amenities, yet far enough outside the city to enjoy peace and calm. We will definitely book again the next time we’re in the Calgary area.
