"The one bedroom suite was great, very nicely decorated and layout. The neighbourhood was not very nice. Wasn’t able to park in parade so I had walk always for free parking. The suite was very warm and the heat didn’t seem to be adjustable by the thermostat. I was able to check in early which was awesome but they weren’t answering the phone so I had to drive to office to confirm it was ok. Wifi also did not work.

Kim the owner was very accommodating of our needs for a ground floor room given our heavy suitcases and not wanting to damage the incredible wookwork in the home. The staff couldn't have made this experience better if they had tried any harder. Everyone was personable and friendly. From the innkeeper Kerry to the concierge Zahava and the server Jared as well as several others.
I recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Calgary and looking for a home away from home. The room was beautifully appointed and the food in the hotel was exceptional. The lobby area made for a great office to get extra work done.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at HotelArts. The rooms were spacious and we got lucky with a city view. The night time view was incredible! The pool area was fun and really pumped up the vibe! I would definitely stay here again.
